| Warranty and Policy on Rebuild Services:
We are dedicated to provide our customers with the best service
around, although we do have to enforce certain policies. Harts
Batteries offers a 90 day warranty on craftsmanship of rebuild
services. Harts Batteries is not responsible for overcharging or
other abuse of products. Harts Batteries will not be responsible
for Damages, property loss, or personal injury resulting from
products or services received from Harts Batteries. Harts
Batteries shall not be held liable as a result of products or
services received from Harts Batteries. Harts Batteries is not
responsible for storing or keeping your batteries for more than 30
days after you are invoiced and notified that your batteries are
ready for your payment then return shipping. If you prepay and do
not send the batteries after 30 days, we will notify you via email
as a reminder that you have 24 hours after the 30 day mark to send
them and provide tracking or you will be automatically refunded the
prepaid amount minus a 15% admin fee. If within 30 day you want a
refund, you will be provided a refund minus processing fees, for
processing your order, (paypal charges ect.) We will not ship your
batteries back until we receive payment. If for some reason we can
not rebuild your batteries, they will be shipped back to you with no
charge. Please note that by purchasing goods or service from Harts
Batteries means that you agree to these terms.
Shipping for Battery Rebuild Services:
We offer Free Return Shipping on all of our rebuild services.
Free shipping will be via ground. Please note that if you purchase items that are NOT listed as "Free Shipping" you will be prompted to pay for shipping regardless of the order containing Tool Battery rebuild services or other "Free Shipping items. You will pay for the initial Shipping cost/weight of the "Non-Free Shipping" Item, Harts Batteries will then pay for any additional shipping costs added by the weight of the "Free Shipping" Items. Harts Batteries will not be
responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items shipped from
Harts Batteries. Harts Batteries will assist as best as
we can on all shipping insurance claims, but will not be held
responsible for collecting your insurance claims. Please note that
by purchasing goods or service from Harts Batteries means that you
agree to these terms.
Warranty and Return policy on Items other than
rebuild services.
We are dedicated to provide our customers with the best service
and products. We offer a 14 day return (for exchange only) policy on
defective items. Customers are responsible for shipping return items
back to Harts Batteries. If items returned are not defective, there
will be a 15% restock fee and the customer will pay shipping charges
for the the replacement items. Harts Batteries reserves the right
to determine if defects are due to production error or user
error. Harts Batteries must receive all returned items within 14
days of delivery to you. Although we will work with our customers on
most issues, we must enforce the above policies. Please note that by
purchasing goods or service from Harts Batteries means that you
agree to these terms.

Services:
